Suggestions / eclave campagne

I writing small campagne for enclave faction...for now i have some mission ideas, thinking about maps how they need to look like, and dialogs(for what i need help, because my english is bad)...and think to add more quests into story to not be only.
for now first mission 1) mission is militery traning, you going in militery camp putting you to try to survive from point A, to point B, point C and etc.  2) second mission is to clean up enclave mistake...killing enclave reserchers and they security in enclave labaratory, because they fail in their mission and enclave shuting down their project.  3) enclave findout some survivers -scientiest from children of cathedral(thats why you kill your resurchers) still working on new generation of FEW virus...kill them and retrive data from their computers , mission chemical X in their secret labaratory, 4) You need to make enclave nuclear reactor in use, because oil rig going low with fossil fuel...thats mean you need to get...uranium ore from broken hills, need some parts from gecko power plant, you need fusion accelerator(like in Fallout2) from vault city.  final reward i think is ok to get enclave cbt armor.... to make faction more alive, for now what i know you can get into enclave faction, but you dont have any use of doing that.

We speak about mutie quest abuse. what i think it need little rework
my sugestion how to rework is to make muties not lootable...is enough reward in materials, gear and munitions in tables, lockers and experinece is good.  they can do much less profit...the biggest problem was muties was lootable so their gear worth a lot of caps.
 Also make award from gr NPC diferent like chose something from options: 1) cbt armor set, 2) laser rifle 100 mfc, 3) minigun 500ap 5mm , 4) sniper rifle  100 223 munition, 5) cbt shotgun 300 purple shells, 6) 50 granates, 7) incinerator 20  blue flame munition, 8) 5 landmines. one sugestion plus 1k caps

random advance-uniq T3, 10-30 rare munnition, 5 random weapon parts, 5 random drugs, 1 useles item(colectable, later dm can make event excenge like 200 red condoms for stated CBT ranger armor etc, or make NPC but put in secret, so people dont know :D to think that is useles ), 500 caps, 200 random common munition? spawn time every hour no half hour, or maybe on two hours?

I realise new maps dont have hospitals...is not bad idea to make inside of one new town maps NPC who you bring medical suply, excange for exp and caps. doctor bags, aid first kits and paramedic bags, stims...some town who have gangs you can be dealer bring drugs suply for buffot, mentans, jet drugs. some wanna alchocol suply, some wanna suply of energy weapons...can be repitable quest with colddown about 6-8 hours ( NPC make demand list what they need and you need to bring them. If you have NPC who sell dogs, you can bring him meat to help him to feed to excange for munition or caps, we need to figure out awards for this, but this tasks are ok to add by my opinion, until we dont make some bigger campagne with story for new town maps for nevada content.

make offline players in TB fight automatic skip turn, dynamite with timer to desapair from inventory if it is activated when you spawn into TB fight(prevent suicide trolers who spawn)

make trait skilled more usefull...You are skilled you get 5 skill points but you get perk every 4 level.
lets add bonus to that 20hp bonus, 5+ bonus SPECIAL points. something simular fallout2 trait skiled and gifted(give you +1 for all your special)  to merge into one?

Maybe to make faction points for ranking factions by time they keeping towns, 1 point for every minute...so we can easy track factions succes in TC.

2.Sugestion Toxic cave from fallout 2 be closed Quest dungeon. for now this map dont have use.
You need to retrive data for brotherhood of steel(or enclave or somebody other) in toxic
cave...I didnt chek map in fonline in fallout 2 you need to repair lift to go underground where you can find Robot boss and CBT armor mk2(very rare) in fallout 2 dont have any back up story for this, but we can make simular dungeon if we acepted idea hard to get, not to make this quest repitable.

quick special encounter...dead brotherhood regrutes...many dead bodyes laying on the ground, like 5 of them in desert...they have some medicals, random t3 weapons(1 from each skill category) regular cbt armors...except captain who have good brotherhood combat armor stated and  gaus pistol. Idea come in desert eria you have dont have chanse to get special encounter. special encounter spawaning depends of regia, you will never get example hospital in desert etc. Background story: they go to mission to prove themself, they die...
offcorse boddyes of some fire geckos around , to look why they are not interested in loot

About caving is simple idea...
1 option in mountains regia where usuly spawn encounters with caves, you need simple just to add every cave map inside have some random encounter(raiders, murders, slavers,deathclaws,muties)depends the regia of that encounters...and locker(maybe dead NPC-s who you can loot)  who they guard. or just simple spawn...also some map of caves are to much big, totaly necesery to be that size.
2 option:Right now is posible sometimes to find some weapon or armor or drug in caves, but not big chanse...make that chanse to be 100 procent. every cave drop some item.

add flame munition for granate launcher, who will spread fire on ground like molotovs, also make hex range of deling dmg to be simular like rocket launcher with ap rockets(smaller).

Maybe smoke granates,(handgrante or granate launcher version) to add also?No dmg deal, 5 seconds smoke(range something simular to to C4, not to much big, but not small neather), everybody inside smoke get penalty  20%-30% chanse to hit something.

Emp granates for robots, deal 30-50 dmg to Power armors?

I dont know how many quest gonna be add, but i think to folow on pipboy is better to be like in fallout games( you click town, than you see quests in that town) is easyer to track quests and jobs. For repat quest maybe is good to put visible colddown of that quest.
