What do you think?  Achievements in the game, could be helpful, an example : if you kill 1000 npc you will earn 120k caps.

Not a good idea, this allows for a person just to make alts and grind easy achievements just to get caps or something. Achievements should be something that you get for doing something, you shouldn't get a reward for completing an achievement.
